Messy Hair was largely an excuse to practice rotoscope and Blender animation in a more in-depth way than I'd done before. All my previous animation work in Blender had been in 2D (and the central motion of this project remains that way), but things like set modeling, camera movement and dimensional lighting were new to me in creating this film.
